The network

You get the operator who has
closed your seam before.

A firm sells you its bench. A network sells you the match. We hold a roster of revenue operators with named specialisms, and we staff against the seam you actually have.

What we promise you

Section 01
01

Vetted operators

Every practitioner in the network has carried a revenue number, not just advised on one. Admission is by track record against a named seam.

02

Matched to the leak

You get the operator the diagnosis calls for — partner attribution, forecast discipline, retention design — instead of whoever was on the bench.

03

One accountable contract

The network delivers as one team under one scope, one cadence and one definition of the number. You never manage the seams between your advisors either.

Practices in the network

Section 03

Each practice below is admitted against one seam and one segment. Profiles are held anonymous until a practice is matched to your engagement — we name a practice to you with its references at match time, and we publish no logo or client name a practice has not approved in writing.

How we vet

Section 04

Every operator in the network has run the motion in an operating seat, not only advised on it. We ask for the metric they moved, the baseline it moved from, and the person who can confirm it.

We check instrumentation literacy separately from domain experience. An operator who understands your partner programme but cannot define an attribution rule in your CRM will not hold a delivery seat on your engagement.

Engagements are reviewed on the same cadence we ask of you. If an operator's engagement is not producing a measurable delta, that is our problem to resolve before it becomes yours.

See how we prove the delta →

Section 05

We admit practices against seams we are asked to close and cannot currently staff. If that is your seam, we want to read your track record.

What we require

Operating track record

You have carried a revenue metric in an operating seat, not only advised on one. We ask for the metric, its baseline, and someone who can confirm both.

Instrumentation literacy

You can define a rule — attribution, qualification, health — and implement it in the client's systems. Domain opinion without system execution does not qualify.

Named specialism

You are admitted against a specific seam and segment, not as a general consultancy. Breadth claims narrow the match and slow the staffing.

Reporting discipline

You work to a baseline you did not set, report a flat quarter as flat, and publish provenance on every value. No bulk accept, ever.

Capacity honesty

You tell us what you can staff this quarter and hold to it. A missed staffing commitment is the fastest way out of the roster.

How admission runs

  1. 01

    Apply

Send us the seam you close, the segment you close it in, the systems you work in, and one engagement with a metric and a baseline attached.

  2. 02

    Track-record review

We read the engagement you sent and speak to the reference behind it. We are checking that the number moved and that you can say honestly what else was moving at the time.

  3. 03

    Working session

A ninety-minute session on a real seam, not a case interview. We want to see how you scope, what you refuse to promise, and how you would instrument it.

  4. 04

    Roster admission

You are added against a named specialism and segment, with your capacity on record. You see matched engagements as they come in; you are never assigned blind.

  5. 05

    Standing review

Live engagements are reviewed on the same cadence we ask of clients. A practice not producing a measurable delta is our problem to resolve before it becomes the client's.

What you get in return

Matched work, not a bench

You are approached when the diagnosis calls for your specialism. We do not fill seats with whoever is free.

One scope, one contract

Nuvello holds the client contract and the cadence. You deliver against a written scope and a defined metric instead of negotiating scope mid-engagement.

Shared instrumentation

Baselines, readings and provenance run in the Nuvello portal. You inherit the measurement discipline rather than rebuilding it per client.

Attribution on the record

The delta you produce is recorded against your practice. Your track record inside the network compounds.

Your application

Applications are read by an operator, not a form. Nothing is created when you submit — an account exists only once Nuvello has reviewed your track record and admitted your practice.

We use what you send to assess the match and nothing else. Already admitted? Sign in to the portal.

Applications are read by an operator, not a form. Expect a reply within five working days.

Tell us the seam. We'll tell you which operator has closed it before.
